“Fight Knight” is an inherently dangerous activity and there is significant risk of injury, disability or death.
If you do not wish to be exposed to such risks, then you should not participate in “Fight Knight”.
Attendees are warned that in attending Tyr’s Warriors Inc. “Fight Knight” they may be exposed or suffer harm from:
- Actual and simulated violence between “Fight Knight” competitors.
- High levels of noise exposure, including of a volume that can cause or contribute to temporary or permanently damaged hearing.
- Strobe, or other lighting that can cause or contribute to seizures.
- Coarse and mature language.
- Mature themes.
- Tight and high spaces.
- Competitor equipment (including, blunted axes and swords) colliding with persons or property including spectators.
Warning for Parents & Guardians
Parents and children are welcome to attend “Fight Knight”.
(Whilst our competitors are all children at heart) due to the violence depicted and level of noise, parents and guardians are warned that children in attendance should be mature and their parents or guardians should act responsibly in deciding whether to attend “Fight Knight” with their child or children.
Children in attendance at “Fight Knight” must be supervised at all times by their parent or guardian. Parents or guardians remain responsible for their children at all times.
Do Not Imitate
“Fight Knight” competitors participate in the sport of “Buhurt” (aka Historical Armoured Combat). They do so with medical professionals on standby for their safety and after vetting by long-term participants and experts in the sport.
You should not imitate any of the things done by “Fight Knight” competitors unless you have undertaken appropriate training and do so with appropriate safety measures in place.
