These Store Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Tyr’s Warriors online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Seller and contact
The store is operated by Queensland Medieval Combat (Tyr’s Warriors Branch) Inc., trading as Tyr’s Warriors Inc. (ABN 40 423 123 814), at 6/57 Brook Street, Toowoomba QLD, Australia. Store enquiries may be sent to info@tyrswarriors.club.
2. Prices, payment and orders
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any other applicable amounts are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed by the payment provider selected at checkout.
An order confirmation records that we have received your order. We may cancel and refund an order before fulfilment if a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, or we reasonably cannot fulfil the order.
3. Products and made-to-order items
Many products are printed or manufactured on demand by third-party fulfilment partners. Product images are representative; screen settings and manufacturing processes may cause minor colour or placement variations. Please check product descriptions and size guides before ordering.
Production and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. We will supply products within any agreed timeframe or, where no timeframe is agreed, within a reasonable time.
4. Shipping
Available shipping destinations, methods and charges are shown at checkout. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Products must be of acceptable quality, match their description and be fit for any purpose made known to us. If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Contact info@tyrswarriors.club as soon as reasonably practical with your order number, a description of the problem and, where useful, photographs. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We will not require you to deal directly with a manufacturer or fulfilment partner instead of us.
7. Change-of-mind returns and cancellations
Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds solely for change of mind, incorrect size selection or an incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer. We may approve a change-of-mind return at our discretion where the product is unused and in its original condition.
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel it. These change-of-mind conditions do not limit any rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant products.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Website information
We take reasonable care to keep product, price and availability information accurate. We may correct genuine errors and update the website when required. Nothing in this clause permits us to mislead customers or avoid our obligations under law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Customers may also have rights under other laws that apply to them.
